RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All Stick n Pop vinyl panels are custom-printed to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

CHANGE OF MIND
Because each panel is printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, colour variations, or unsuitable surfaces.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order will be in production and cannot be cancelled.

INCORRECT ORDERS
If we've made an error with your order (wrong design, size, or quantity), contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right with a replacement at no charge.
